RCG Social Hub ("the App") is an internal social media management tool operated by Rooted Creative Group. This policy explains how we handle data accessed through Meta platforms.
With your authorization, the App accesses your Facebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts to schedule and publish social media content on your behalf. This includes page names, page access tokens, and post content you create within the App.
Data accessed from Meta platforms is used solely to publish content to your authorized Pages and accounts. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any purpose beyond the stated social media management function.
Access tokens are stored securely in a private database accessible only to authorized Rooted Creative Group staff. Tokens are never exposed publicly.
To request deletion of your data, email hello@rootedcreativegroup.com or use our data deletion request page. We will remove all stored tokens and account data within 30 days.
